Tara Meyer

When not practicing aikido or building boats, Tara Meyer is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. She began her higher education at Grinnell College. Following her BA, she pursued at PhD at the University of Iowa Dept. of Chemistry. After being hooded, she went on to do two years of post doctoral research at the University of California at Berkeley with Professor Robert Bergman. Tara has been a member of the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh since 1994. Click here for her university web page.
