Mary Heiny Sensei will teach a seminar June 5-7, 2009 at the Westwind Center for Aikido in celebration of her first year with the new hip. For everybody who has taken seminars with her in recent past but not in the last year this is a wonderful opportunity to experience her dynamic aikido unrestrained by pain.

Friday, June 5: 6:30 - 8 PM
Saturday, June 6: 10 AM - 12 Noon, 2:30 - 4:30 PM
Sunday, June 7: 10 AM - 12 Noon

Accomodations: Sycamore is just north of DeKalb and both are a short drive from the dojo. There are a number of moderately priced hotels in the area. The Country Inn and Suites is the best/closest, but there are less expensive alternatives.
